stones are placed along specific areas of the body as well as
used as massaging tools for certain muscle groups. This technique
is very nurturing and calming as well as very effective for
relieving tightness and tension in the body. Especially during
the colder months, the heat from the stones is incredibly comforting
and allows you to relax more easily. The heated stones can be
used with either unscented oil, lotion, or aromatherapy oil.
